Our staff

What distinguishes RMF is that we employ only selected industry professionals with a minimum of 5 years’ print production experience.


Rather than acting as account managers, whose role is to interact with clients then pass briefs, questions, and problems on to a production specialist further down the chain, our staff have the expertise to offer an immediate solution. Thereby stripping out an unnecessary and costly stage in the communication channel, while also eliminating risks of miscommunication and delay.

This expertise brings benefits in other ways. For example, every job we undertake for a client goes out to competitive tender. Which sounds straightforward, until you recognise that printers’ capacities and cost-effectiveness vary in accordance with their equipment and expertise. A short run A4 brochure will be cost-effective only from one type of printer: a mass-mail A5 leaflet only from printers with a different setup. Our staff know and appreciate the difference, and will only send out specifications to the appropriate suppliers for your project.

We also understand creatives, with our own team in place to provide effective and arresting ways of communicating your message to your audience. So we appreciate the importance of imaginative executions. By helping develop cost-effective approaches we seamlessly integrate concepts to develop realistic specifications, providing cost estimates that establish affordability and methods that optimise campaign or product effectiveness.
